We’ve been coming for a couple of years. My youngest has to go to a separate salon because cookie cutters is just too much chaos feel inside especially the last 2 times we’ve gone. Maybe it’s just poor timing but kids screaming through their haircut (breaks my heart but you gotta do what you gotta do… it makes my kids feel more uneasy when they go in) the staffs not super personable and we requested a specific person when we signed up online and didn’t get her - we didn’t even see her so maybe something came up, I think for us it’s just worth paying more for a more peaceful experience from now on, maybe it just wasn’t as busy or because it was new when we started 🤷♀️
