Sent my son to get his hair cut. He comes homes and it is uneven allover. The back of his hair is ridiculous. The left side back is somewhat normal length and lines. The right side is very high and choppy- looks like lightning bolts. This is the worst cut he has ever received. I know we took a risk booking with "whoever is available" but I would have waiting if I knew he was going to come home like this. Looks terrible!

My wife showed several photos to the stylist of what she wanted it to look like and it turned out much shorter and when asked which side we part the hair on, the stylist did the opposite.

We made an appointment online for 3:30 and we weren’t taken back til 3:50. I could see they were busy so I wasn’t too bothered by it. My issue has ALWAYS been with the lack of cleanliness. It honestly just makes me want to gag every time they fail to sweep and wipe down counters. Standing RIGHT next to another kids chopped off hair on the floor that was left there before we were brought back is DISGUSTING. I would rather wait and extra 5 min than be brought back to a completely DIRTY area. Like come on. That’s the equivalent of being seated at a table in a restaurant that still has dirty plates on it. This has happened multiple times I’ve been here and I might start going somewhere else since I’m not seeing much change.

We love this place don't get me wrong this was our first not so great experience I booked the cut and shampoo she didn't bother to do anything except the trim we came in for we thought well at least she will style it at the end and let it go and my daughter loved it but then proceeded to ask me why the little girl next to her got curls and spray and products used in her hair and I felt terrible I thought maybe I booked the wrong service but no. So like I said it's fine but we'll make sure to ask for someone awesome we've used before next time!

Overall, my last 2 visits with your establishment have been disappointing. My fist 2, both with Amanda were amazing! She was very sweet, knowledgeable, understood what I was asking for and delivered impeccably. The last 2 visits they have botched my son’s hair! Once leaving choppy, chunky pieces of hair on top of his head and this time (with Kristine) it was so short on top you would’ve thought I asked for a buzz cut all the way up. Thankfully his hair grows fast, I guess. The other disappointing thing about this visit was that I specifically requested Amanda as my son’s stylist for this appointment, only much to my surprise, she wasn’t there when I arrived. However, no one called to let me know or to be sure I was ok with another stylist. After 2 failed attempts with 2 other stylists, unless I can confirm Amanda will be cutting my son’s hair I don’t think I’ll be back. For the cost, I can have his hair cut at a better quality salon with better trained stylists.
