I absolutely do not agree with being forced and shamed into wearing a mask inside the business. While I understand about your employees needing to wear a mask because of the mandate, I do not agree with it or support being forced to wear one. As somebody with a medical condition, to be forced to wear a mask by a blanket policy is upsetting to me as a customer. I have been taking my kids to your business for some time now, and I am seriously considering not coming back and choosing an alternative, which I have found several others, that gives me the option to wear the mask or not.

It's a cute place. I love the car chairs and that my son can watch Sesame Street. He does very well and sits still. It just seems expensive for what the actual haircut is for a 2 year old boy. It's always cut too short. I try saying what I want differently, but the outcome is always the same. My son looks like I buzzed his hair myself. I want it short on the sides and long on top. Seems like an easy enough request.

Hair stylist didnt finish his haircut. Once we took him home we realized the back wasnt finished or his side burns. He had long hairs that still needed to be trimmed and she had cut his ear and cut him on his kneck. Wish they had some sort of cleaner to use to disinfect the cuts from the razor. The stylist seemed inexperienced with children and not confident thatnshe could do the basic cut I had shown in the pictures.

Hi, I am not one to take it this far and complaining about services but paying $40 for my boys to get a botched hair cut I have to. I didn’t go to school for hair and I’ve cut my kids hair countless times before and I still can cut evenly and blend and clean up the neck line in a straight line. My youngest hair, and mind you he is 4 and he sits still doesn’t talk he loves getting his haircut in fact he wants to go everyday, he has a calic (can’t spell) on the top of his head and they usually cut it down and blend it so it doesn’t stick straight up and it’s bad it’s like it didn’t get cut. The front is a mess as well. I can send pics tomorrow if need be. I don’t know I just want it fixed honestly but I also don’t want to pay another $20 on top of the $40 we paid last week. Otherwise everyone has always done a great job! Hate to be a burden of bad news but I just had to mention it, was told to mention it by friends and family who come here as well.
