We arrived at our appointment 30 minutes early. I expected to wait for our scheduled appointment but I didnt not expect it to take 15 minutes to be acknowledged by an employee. This was our first visit and there is a sign that states to check in at the front desk. I stood at the desk for 5 minutes. Each stylist had a child in their chair but no one even said they would be with us shortly. After 10 minutes in the salon a stylist finished and helped her customer pay. Assuming she would address us at this time I approached the counter again. I was further ignored while she went back to clean her station. 3 minutes before my appointment someone finally asked us to check in. Another customer who was late for her appointment that was scheduled before us came in at this time and we were told they were first and we would have to wait. After my children got in the chair the experience was wonderful! Please work on greeting customers as it was not a nice way to start off our relationship with your business. We will be waiting for the second location to open in hopes that we will receive better service.

I have been a customer for a few months now. I extremely enjoyed and love our stylist that we use every single time. We will wait for however long it is or for her. However I couldn’t help but always notice how chaotic the salon is. I do understand it is a small space however there i think it should be more of an organized and timely manner of haircuts. Meaning when I book online it appears the appointments are 15 minutes each. Considering this as a salon for children I would like to think that 15 minutes is not enough. 15 minutes or one client would be sufficient for an adul.lt. Children are very unpredictable and in my opinion 15 minutes is not enough time to be able to cut a child hair while wiggling around and not understanding to stay still and that’s assuming with good behavior. I believe that most the times that I have gone and it is well over a 15 minute wait beyond your appointment time. I think extending appointment times by even five minutes would greatly help everyone. Especially when people have taken the time to schedule an appointment at a specific hours and have to wait quite a bit more simply because they have ran over time on children.

Up until now, we have not had a receptionist working during the week. We have been very busy the last few weeks and now see the need to have someone there to help the stylists answer the phones, greet customers, and check customers out. This extra help will allow the stylists to stay on time and keep everything moving much more efficiently. We hope to alleviate their stress and allow a positive experience for everyone involved. Unfortunately, I do not know who exactly you dealt with, but I can speak with my entire staff and let them know that they need to make sure every client is treated with kindness and respect.
