My son had a bad haircut. The person who cut his hair last time did a good job and put in his notes a #6 on top and 4 on sides. However that was NOT correct. The #6 was WAY TOO short but it at that point there was nothing we could do to get the length back. I’m extremely disappointed with his short hair, we can’t comb his hair to the side or anything it’s just a buzz on 1yr old. I know it wasn’t the barbers fault since the notes were wrong but they could at least offered me a discount for the mistake since the mistake was made by bad noting on behalf of cookie cutters staff. They did not offer me anything to make it better, to make matters worse the price listed on the board was wrong and they said they raised the price by $1 so I was charged more than the listed price. My son is scheduled for pictures next week now I’ll have to reschedule til his hair grows back. I really wish I could get a refund.

My kids always love coming here, watching a show and having the fun environment always helps with haircuts for my kids who don’t particularly love them. The stylist was very nice and friendly. She didn’t however prepare my child for when she was going to start using the clippers or spray them with water, that always seems to help when they do. She seemed like she was more concerned with zooming through and accomplishing a quick haircut over actually cutting his hair evenly. Overall I can’t complain because my kid had a positive experience but I didn’t leave particularly liking how his haircut turned out.

I took my daughter in to get her hair trimmed. She asked for a half inch off only and ended up with about 4 inches off. Plus her haircut was so uneven. The lady tried to fix it but as you can see in the picture which is the end result, it looks terrible and so uneven everywhere. We were both ready to cry as my daughter had been growing her hair out for awhile. Now I have to spend more money to go to another place to get it fixed and it will end up being super short to even get it fixed.

My first daughter didn't get the haircut asked for. Her hair was several inches longer than her shoulder and I wanted to keep it that way, at least partially. I showed the hairdresser a picture of an a-line haircut on a little girl with several angles and she confirmed it was an a-line. And then proceeded to tell her I wanted the shortest layer to be shoulder length and the longest layer to stay as long as possible. She also confirmed this and then proceeded to cut her entire hair to shoulder length. Needless to say I'm very disappointed especially since we have had multiple haircuts at this place I do not feel like it was worth my money for getting something we didn't ask for and now we will have to spend another year growing it back. Thanks.

Hair stylist didnt finish his haircut. Once we took him home we realized the back wasnt finished or his side burns. He had long hairs that still needed to be trimmed and she had cut his ear and cut him on his kneck. Wish they had some sort of cleaner to use to disinfect the cuts from the razor. The stylist seemed inexperienced with children and not confident thatnshe could do the basic cut I had shown in the pictures.
