Maddie did great. Appts were 20 mins behind and I had to ask when my son would be taken back for the stylist who was standing for 10 mins to get my son into the chair. Haircut for third child was terrible. Maddie did Maison and hayes, not sure name of the last one.

We’ve been seeing Sydney at the Eagle Island location for well over a year and she always does such a great job with our little guy. She’s so kind and thorough and we always want to come back to her after seeing other hairdressers.

I asked for a very specific haircut, leaving the picture out as well. It was a big deal as my son’s hair was going from long to shorter. I asked to leave it long on the top and it was totally chopped. I kept saying it’s getting too short and she just kept cutting. She also seemed agitated and like she just wanted to get it over with. This was a big deal to us, cutting our son’s hair shorter for the first time and we are sad that it went the way it did. I’ve always had such good experiences at Cookie Cutters with the stylists seeming in tune with us and also carefully following instruction (and slowly cutting and asking if it was a big change). Super bummed this time.

We just love Sydney! She is soft and kind. She is complimentary and genuine. Working with kids is just so clearly in her nature! I refer everyone I know to come to her here!
