I was a little disappointed this time as I specifically requested same stylist as before but she was cutting someone else's hair when we arrived so we had different stylist

My daughter received an uneven hair cut, with strands that were clearly missed and 1.5 inches longer than the rest of her hair. And that’s just what I can see with an untrained eye. I didn’t notice until later in the evening because the stylist put her hair in pigtails before we left. The salon was clearly busy and they were in a hurry. But if I’m laying $20 for a haircut I at least expect all of the length to get cut.

My son had a bad haircut. The person who cut his hair last time did a good job and put in his notes a #6 on top and 4 on sides. However that was NOT correct. The #6 was WAY TOO short but it at that point there was nothing we could do to get the length back. I’m extremely disappointed with his short hair, we can’t comb his hair to the side or anything it’s just a buzz on 1yr old. I know it wasn’t the barbers fault since the notes were wrong but they could at least offered me a discount for the mistake since the mistake was made by bad noting on behalf of cookie cutters staff. They did not offer me anything to make it better, to make matters worse the price listed on the board was wrong and they said they raised the price by $1 so I was charged more than the listed price. My son is scheduled for pictures next week now I’ll have to reschedule til his hair grows back. I really wish I could get a refund.

The reason I give low scores to service received is because I booked the appt with Kristine, which came reccomended by a previous stylist that left, and I booked the appointment weeks out to get her and I was given somebody else. When I realized the mistake I told the desk guy and he said he didn't realize I had the appointment with Kristine. Kristine was there and came over to point it to the guy on the computer. So this is the 2nd time I've booked a specific stylist and been given another person. Its not consistent and this is frustrating. The girl who gave my son a cut today did a decent job so for that I'm grateful. It just seems the stylists come and go frequently and I'm never sure who will be cutting my son's hair. Needs more consistentcy.

Aubrey cut my sons hair this time, we have always had a good experience until today when she messed up his hair. She kept trimming his cowlick until it was way short all around it and it was too short to comb over and now just sticks out. I asked for a fade and she did it all the same length and has lines in the back. I will definitely be making requests on the hairstylist and avoid coming back to her. She was very friendly but did not seem to know what she was doing.

I asked for her hair to be cut shoulder length. It was cut 1 to 1/2 inches shorter than that. Her neck is bare for this cold weather. I'm disappointed.
