When booking my child's appointment twice now we have had a different stylist cut his hair. The stylist has been present each time and no one has explained to me why we are having someone else cut his hair. This only upsets me because when booking, I request a certain person because of the relationship they have built with my son. I have to wait for specific dates and times to work around their schedule and still end up with someone else.

The last 2 times that I have taken my child in for a hair cut we are waiting at least 25 to 30 minutes although we had an appointment scheduled. It's really frustrating if we had somewhere to be. And then my childs haircut is being rushed and didn't turn out as great as it has at the past appointments.

Thank you for taking the time to leave your comments. We are constantly working to improve in this area. We have hired additional staff, including a receptionist, and adjusted our bookings to allow for less appointments per hour. We have definitely improved in this area over the last month, but we still have moments where we get behind. Often times this is because we have a child who had a difficult time during a haircut and required additional time or a client showed up late. Whatever the case may be, please know we are doing our best to keep our appointments and hope that you will come back soon!

My sone is only two and moves around a lot so it’s mostly his fault but his haircut is horrible. Patchy spots and uneven. I didn’t say anything because it took the stylist so long already that I just wanted it to be over. I could tell she was very new so I hope she gets better after some more experience.

Cookie Cutters has always been our go-to place for hair cuts. However, the Meridian location stopped enforcing m patrons. With people still dying every day I will not give my money to a place that is complicit in the spread of COVID in our town. We will not be back.
