The person who cut my child’s hair was professional and pleasant and was able to help advise us on detangling products. However, our experience as a whole was not very impressive. I set an appointment for 5:30 and showed up about five minutes early. I noticed that the three stylists all had customers so I let my two children play on the play slide while my wife and I waited to check in. A stylist finished up shortly after our arrival and checked out their customer. The stylist did not acknowledge us and went back to their station and started to clean up, the stylist finished cleaning up their station and came back up to the front area again not acknowledging us. After waiting for about 10 minutes another stylist finished and while checking out the three clients they had, acknowledged us and asked us if we had been helped. I understand that you cannot walk away from children when cutting their hair but to not acknowledge people in the lobby when you have finished with your client and then multiple times not acknowledge people was very unprofessional.
