I made an appointment and still had to wait 20 mins before my child was seen. It’s frustrating when I have 2 children to entertain. Not sure why an appointment was necessary when it wasn’t kept

Thank you for your comments. We take appointments to help the flow of customers and to minimize wait times. We actually are pretty good at staying on time and keeping our appointments, however, if we have a struggling child, or a previous appointment that shows up 5-10 minutes late, it can put us behind. I'm sorry that you had to wait and hope you'll understand that we work on "child standard time" and do our best to give every client the best experience possible.

We went as a last minute appointment (via online- totally helpful!). My kiddo was given a choice between going here again or trying a place I've taken him before- the wanted to go here again because it was fun, the gals were super nice/knowledgable, and he got screen time (lifesaver!). Totally recommending!
