In general, we have been happy with our two experiences at this Cookie Cutters. The environment overall does not seem especially clean; there’s an old fragrance plug-in in the wall and kids’ seats are all in terrible shape. I did see stylists cleaning the seats after each kid, but they certainly don’t look clean. Both of our stylists have been nice but not overly friendly. The second time, she was much better at helping ease my child’s fears and keeping him distracted. Overall, I’m happy to pay for this service because it’s not something I can do myself, but I do wish for the price that the quality/cleanliness of the salon was better.

We love going to Sydney! She is amazing and so good with my kiddos. She listens to what I like and is consistent with her cuts. I’ve tried other people at cookie cutters but she is our favorite and have been booking with her since the first haircut. My kids love coming here and the balloon and lollipop at the end is a bonus!
