Chair wasn’t cleaned off from prior child’s hair cut. It was all over my child’s shirt. (Dark vs. blond hair) The edges of my sons hair aren’t straight one spot looks like she started cutting the hair with out a guard on and then didn’t fix it.

Nicole did amazing with my daughters first hair cut. She put her hair in Elsa and Anna braids. She was amazing. We will definitely be back.

This was probably the worst experience we’ve had in the last 3yrs. The lady cutting Kaydens hair was so bad. The line you see in the picture is from her cutting. It was so bad. Normally when we come most of them are good. Some are better than others but wow
