We go to Cookie Cutters for all of our haircuts and have wonderful experiences each time. SocIm not surprised that they did such a great job for my girls when they got their ears pierced. They each got a balloon, a sucker and glitter spray in their hair along with their earrings and they both felt really special. I love this place!
