We had an appointment at 10:30am and had to wait until 11:10 for our son to get his haircut; there were only two stylists working when we arrived, every other time we have come on a Saturday morning there have been at least 4-5 stylists working. The stylist nicked the back of my sons neck with the clippers which made him bleed and she didn't say anything about it, not a sorry or anything.

Keely is so great with our boy. He was pretty grumpy this time, and moved around A LOT! But she still managed to make him look amazing!

The women that work there are always so sweet and patient with the children! I just think $16.95 is a little much. The prices should vary by ages because a 1 year old haircut doesn’t compare to a 3 year old or even 10 year old kid.

The kids haircuts turned out well, however my toddlers knees, hands and feet were absolutely disgusting after playing in the play area! I’m shocked, assuming this area is sanitized and cleaned every night - if it’s not, it should be!

Thank you for taking the time to share your thoughts. I'm happy to hear that you enjoy our salon and your kids get good haircuts. As for the slide, we do clean it throughout the day, and at the end of every day but all it takes is one kid who just got his/her haircut to go down it and get hair everywhere. Also, because it is such a small play structure, we do not require, or even ask kids to take their shoes off. This can also cause it to get a little dirty. But please know we do our best to wipe it down during the day. We look forward to seeing you again!
