Zathen recently decided he doesn't like haircuts. We took him to another facility that chopped his hair aga edged up not even finishing the cut. Cookie cutters was so nice, they fixed his hair and it looks so good. He was not the easiest customer and wanted nothing to do with this. The staff was patient/kind and FAST

Aubrey is the absolute best! She’s been cutting my 1-year-old son’s hair and is so gentle, patient, and kind with him. We actually drive from Twin just to see her because she makes the whole experience stress-free (even fun!) which is not easy with a little one. His hair always looks perfect, and you can tell she really cares about her clients. We’re so happy we found her and won’t go anywhere else!

We’ve come here many times and typically they do a great job, this time the haircut was awful. Completely uneven, not faded, random chunks taken out of his hair, bad is an understatement. His hair can not be saved after this. AJ is a very good client and sits perfectly still, is not scared whatsoever. I also never write reviews but this person should not be cutting hair. I’m so upset

We see Aubrey at the Meridian location. She is so patient and amazing with my son! She truly is an artist and very enthusiastic about her work as well. I’m so pleased because my son has sensory sensitivities and she’s the only one we’ve been to consistently for my son. I highly recommend her always, and have sent some family her way as well.
