The salon is really gross. People are very nice, but its a busy place so hiring a person to clean well between customers might be wise. Chairs and supplies not cleaned at all between visits. (No, a hairdryer blowing some of the hair off the chairs does not count as cleaning). Hair covers every surface of the room. Will only be coming back to use the one remaining credit on our member card, then will likely be going elsewhere.

Great experience. My son was a lil nervous as he is very shy but the stylist was very considerate and worked around me so my son could hold my hand. Love that she followed my instructions for his hair as I like his hair to be cut by scissors and not clippers. The very next place we went after his hair cut he got remarks on how handsome he looked and how his mommy did such a nice job in his hair. I had to then confess that as I'd like to have taken credit we just had come from cookie cutter hair salon and they gave him his cut and style! Highly recommend bringing your kids here as it is fun and a unique experience for a little one!

I’ve come in several times after having made an appointment and had to wait for a long time this time it was 45 minutes after my scheduled appointment. No apologies or acknowledgement that we had waited for an hour. Will not be returning for this reason. My sons haircut was fine and the stylist did a good job once he was finally in the chair.
