Overall, my last 2 visits with your establishment have been disappointing. My fist 2, both with Amanda were amazing! She was very sweet, knowledgeable, understood what I was asking for and delivered impeccably. The last 2 visits they have botched my son’s hair! Once leaving choppy, chunky pieces of hair on top of his head and this time (with Kristine) it was so short on top you would’ve thought I asked for a buzz cut all the way up. Thankfully his hair grows fast, I guess. The other disappointing thing about this visit was that I specifically requested Amanda as my son’s stylist for this appointment, only much to my surprise, she wasn’t there when I arrived. However, no one called to let me know or to be sure I was ok with another stylist. After 2 failed attempts with 2 other stylists, unless I can confirm Amanda will be cutting my son’s hair I don’t think I’ll be back. For the cost, I can have his hair cut at a better quality salon with better trained stylists.

It was so nice to be able to go get my sons haircut without all of the chaos. Lashawnda did such a great job with Karter and he looks great

Bobbi does an amazing job with my 3 year old! He was so excited for his haircut today. They are sanitizing everything and taking special care! Bennett’s haircut is fantastic!

Melanie is amazing and his normal haircut person who always does a great job with great customer service and smile. My family really appreciates the great job she does with my baby’s hair.

It’s always a pleasure bringing my son in to get his haircut. He has super curly hair and they know exactly how to cut it so it keeps the curl and looks good. I recommend them as much as I can to other people with children

This is my go to kids hair salon since August 2019. The staff always does an amazing job. It was my sons first time getting his haircut by Lashawnda today. She did an outstanding job! I love the way she faded my sons sides and was so patient during the few times he wouldn’t stay still. The entire staff were also wearing face masks. Once we left, we did some grocery shopping and two people complimented my sons hair. I referred them to cookie cutters and informed them that you guys do adult cuts as well. Thank you once again. I hope you ladies buy yourselves a coffee each time I tip $5, because you deserve it for going out your way!
