Her hair was so horribly cut! Extremely uneven and looks like a small child took a craft scissors to it.

Hair stylist for my son was very rough with him. Haircut looks great but a more gentle approach would have made this experience far more enjoyable.

Debbie was our stylist, she was not warm to my son to make him feel more comfortable getting his hair done. He is only 2 but usually does really well just watching his show as long as the stylist shows him what they are doing and talks to him. Debbie did not. She just jumped right in, and wouldn't let me help holding him still when he starting moving. Because of this, when using a short blade around his ear, he moved and created a bald spot. Rather than just using the 2 that I asked, she used the blunt trimmers and "blended" his bald spot without asking me about it. Then did the same thing on the other side to make it "even". This made it look worse than a line that was shorter than the rest. I also had to ask her to trim his hairline on his neck when she said she was done. Which she brought the super short trimmers up and inch up his hairline. I even had to have her go back and fix the front because it was too long, now it is uneven. My poor kid looks butchered and the worse haircut he has had. This was his 10th one so he is not a newbie. I am very disappointed, and would have asked for further correction, but then he would have been completely bald!

Took my son to get his haircut today & i was dissapointed of how it out honestly i dont trust new ppl doing my sons hair again

Chair wasn’t cleaned off from prior child’s hair cut. It was all over my child’s shirt. (Dark vs. blond hair) The edges of my sons hair aren’t straight one spot looks like she started cutting the hair with out a guard on and then didn’t fix it.

When my daughter and I walked in for our scheduled apt. time we almost left. The place was packed and kids were running all over the place. Two boys that were too big to be on the climber were running up and down the slide and crashing their toy cars into each other. I felt like I was at a circus. Every hair stylist was covered in tattoos. It was very unsettling to me. My daughter made several comments leaving about the amount of tattoos that were on the necks, arms, and legs of the hair stylists. This is not a bar or restaurant. This is a place where children go to receive hair services. I think the owner/manager should make the employees cover their tattoos with arm sleeves. This is what our dentists does. I have four children and we have been going to Cookie Cutters for years and this was proabably our last visit. $25 for a child haircut is outrageous to me.
