We booked the haircut with Lashawnda but when we arrived it was a different person that gave my son the haircut. It’s too short for my liking especially since I asked to leave it longer on top. Not super thrilled with the results this time. We’ve always had a good haircut from lashawnda but it seems that every other stylist either cuts our boys hair too short or crooked. We booked a future haircut with Lashawnda but if they change stylists on us last minute again, we won’t get it cut there again.

We love Cookie Cutters. Somehow, during our visit, his ear got knocked. It caused a bgh burst blood vessel. We know accidents happen, but wanted to bring it to your attention in hopes of preventing that from happening again.

The girls who cut hair do an amazing job and are very friendly. The front desk staff is something to be desired, though. We always make appointments and end up having to wait 20-30 minutes after our booked time before we are able to get our child's hair cut. Ii understand that it is tough to keep kids on track and on time, but this happens every time we are there.
