Everything was great except for having to wait 15-20 min past my appointment time. That is a LONG time when you have a toddler.

We received excellent service! She got a trim and a braid, the braid was extremely underwhelming though. It has only been an hour and most of it has fallen free. I expect that when I braid her hair, but usually when she gets braids from you it lasts a couple days.

Fast & friendly . My son got a cut on his ear. If it happens again I probably won’t go again or recommend other than that I’ll give it one more try

My grandson enjoyed the cute car themed seats and being able to pick what video to watch. The hair stylist listened very intently and the haircut was just what we had wanted. I do think your prices are a bit high and might not come back if I didn't have a coupon.
