We love Cookie Cutters! All the staff are great! I just wish that the slide could be cleaned more frequently. My kids both leave covered in other children's hair.

My 3.5 year old had her first haircut today! Overall, it was a really great experience. The things I didn't love were how her stylist spoke to her (as if she was older and understood what she was saying), and how she didn't really try to take a good picture of her. I couldn't even get a smile out of her, but the stylist didn't try distraction, or making silly noises, or anything. Also the braided style at the end completely fell out before we even got to the car. My daughter has super fine hair. I feel like an experienced stylist would know that and style her hair differently. But these are minor details compared to the ease with which my daughter sat in the chair and let her hair be cut and styled. The salon is great! The chairs (cars) are awesome, providing a show is awesome, rewarding them with a balloon and sucker is awesome, and having a little slide/climbing toy in the corner is awesome! Thank you for a great experience!

My daughter loves her cut. That being said, before I made the appt. I asked if they would dry cut her hair and they said yes. But the day of, it was wetted and brushed before cutting. So it is way way shorter than expected. Curly hair should NOT be cut this way. Luckily, she loves it.
