Theodore has autism and LaShawnda was very understanding. She kept telling him how good of a job he was doing which he liked. Normally, he would be Hysterical and crying the whole haircut but he did really well this time and it had a lot to do with her patience and understanding. Thanks to LaShawnda, I feel more confident bringing Theodore in for future haircuts ❤️.
