The staff was more than excellent. After a disappointing experience the day before, there were issues with me scheduling again to have my son’s haircut corrected and made better.

I’ve taken my son here to the meridian location more than a few times now. Up until today I had been satisfied with the service each time. Today my son’s haircut was awful. I couldn’t bring myself to voice it at the time of service, because I didn’t want to be rude or hurt the feelings of the barber. I am not satisfied and will be going back in to see if my son’s haircut can be saved.

The stylist was extremely fast and great at assuring my 3-year-old grandson that he was doing great. He used to cry every time his hair was cut but he did amazing this time.

We love cookie cutters!! My kids have never been more excited to get their hair cut!! I do purchase the punch card when I can. $18 does seem high for a kids cut. The stylists all do a great job.
