Overall, my last 2 visits with your establishment have been disappointing. My fist 2, both with Amanda were amazing! She was very sweet, knowledgeable, understood what I was asking for and delivered impeccably. The last 2 visits they have botched my son’s hair! Once leaving choppy, chunky pieces of hair on top of his head and this time (with Kristine) it was so short on top you would’ve thought I asked for a buzz cut all the way up. Thankfully his hair grows fast, I guess. The other disappointing thing about this visit was that I specifically requested Amanda as my son’s stylist for this appointment, only much to my surprise, she wasn’t there when I arrived. However, no one called to let me know or to be sure I was ok with another stylist. After 2 failed attempts with 2 other stylists, unless I can confirm Amanda will be cutting my son’s hair I don’t think I’ll be back. For the cost, I can have his hair cut at a better quality salon with better trained stylists.

Excellent! My 18 month old had her first real haircut and it was a great experience! The gal was super professional and cut my girl’s hair and made it look super cute. Definitely a place we’d go back to again!

Melanie was so amazing with my baby! He is 8 months and we were worried he wasn’t going to handle it well but she was so fast and was so good at keeping him distracted! I will be recommending all my friends and family to her!

I’ve come in several times after having made an appointment and had to wait for a long time this time it was 45 minutes after my scheduled appointment. No apologies or acknowledgement that we had waited for an hour. Will not be returning for this reason. My sons haircut was fine and the stylist did a good job once he was finally in the chair.
