First time ever coming here. Wonderful place to bring your kids. Took my nine year old daughter in and had a great experience. Our stylist was very engaging and had a friendly /outgoing personality. My daughter loved the cut she received as well as the sparkles. I will be bringing my son here in the future. He is special needs and this place really caters to making children comfortable.

Was my first time in here and will be my last. My sons hair dresser seemed disinterested and it took her 5min to cut my sons hair. I had to come home and finish the job she barely started. I should have walked out without paying. I was that disappointed and hope she was just having a bad day and that this is not the norm here. Please have a manager email me for further follow up.

Absolutely Stellar professionalism and outstanding customer service. Extremely kid orientated and kid-friendly making the entire experience absolutely Pleasant.

We love Keely! My two year old is extremely sensitive to people messing with him as he has kidney issues and is under regular medical care. Because of this his first haircut (with a different stylist) was a difficult experience that turned into a nightmare as soon as the clippers came out. This time went smooth, he was relaxed and trusting. She did an amazing job of getting him warmed up to the clippers and being aware of his needs. The whole thing went great, couldn’t be happier, thank you!!

I didn’t appreciate that I walked in on time to my appointment and people that walked in. Right before me were given priority. If you’re late to your own appointment others shouldn’t be made to wait.
