We LOVE you guys!! They are so patient with my little guy. When he's upset they make sure they stop and let him feel the clippers it just talk to him. They are wonderful!!

We always have a great experience here! My kid actually holds still and he gets an excellent cut every time. We love Cookie Cutters!

We are glad we ended up with Traci. She is awesome! And will likely request her again. However, she was not who we set our appointment with. Our some is very picky. So glad it worked out.

We arrived at our appointment 30 minutes early. I expected to wait for our scheduled appointment but I didnt not expect it to take 15 minutes to be acknowledged by an employee. This was our first visit and there is a sign that states to check in at the front desk. I stood at the desk for 5 minutes. Each stylist had a child in their chair but no one even said they would be with us shortly. After 10 minutes in the salon a stylist finished and helped her customer pay. Assuming she would address us at this time I approached the counter again. I was further ignored while she went back to clean her station. 3 minutes before my appointment someone finally asked us to check in. Another customer who was late for her appointment that was scheduled before us came in at this time and we were told they were first and we would have to wait. After my children got in the chair the experience was wonderful! Please work on greeting customers as it was not a nice way to start off our relationship with your business. We will be waiting for the second location to open in hopes that we will receive better service.

The salon is very fun for kids and made my kids feel feel comfortable. It’s a very busy salon and up until checkout we felt pretty good about the experience; however, when ready to leave it seemed as though the incoming clients were be acknowledged and we seemed to be pushed aside. After leaving a tip and finishing the transaction, I didn’t receive a thank you or even any eye contact or goodbye. I left good tips for both of the hairstylists. I’m hoping it was just a fluke. We will give the salon a second chance. The kids’ loved their Elsa braids and the haircuts were great.
