We had to wait even though we arrived on time for an appointment. A walk in who came in after us was seated before us. Employees were talking through closing details intermittently throughout the haircut.

Wait time is to long especially if you had an appointment set! We waited 45 minutes. And were late for the plans we had after. Theres no reason to have to wait that long. Third time this has happened to us.
