I asked for a fairly standard a-line style haircut for my daughter. When I asked the stylist to "stack" the back, she told me that she already had. She was on her phone for much of the cut and we received in quite a rude way when we arrived 15 minutes early (we were told they couldn't start us even though our stylist just sat behind the computer the whole time). Several days later, when I'd had a good look at the cut, I ended up taking my daughter somewhere else to have the cut fixed. I ended up paying so much for my daughter's cut - next time I will just skip the first step and go straight to a real professional.

Super fun environment for kids. Stylist did a great job on my son’s Hair. She could have talked a little more with my son and made it a little more fun. It’s just when I think of a kids place that is specifically for kids, I would think the employees would joke, play, or talk with the kids? Again, she did do a great job on my kids hair and that is important:)

The price seems really high to have a trim done on a little boy. But he loves it here and its the only place he will go.

I love taking my girls to Cookie Cutters. They are always super friendly. The haircuts are great and they fix their hair so cute after the cut and my girls love the glitter spray!

This is the second time we have been here. Both times, the wait has been ridiculous and that is with an appointment! We were at the salon for 1 hour 15 min, for a 15 min haircut. Specializing in kids haircuts, it should be obvious that kids are not capable of waiting and being patient for that long! I have a regular hair appt for myself at my salon and in 10 years, I have never had to wait more than 10 min over my appt time. The stylists are great with the kids, but the business side is not there. We won't be going back as this has been my experience twice now.

I have always had an appointment but even with an appointment I always wait 15 to 20 minutes past my appointment time. This last time I called because I had somewhere to be shortly after my appointment and I asked, "will I get right in at my time?" They said with an appointment I would... I arrived 15 minutes before my time.... and waited at least 15 minutes past my appointment time... That is really the only issue I've ever had.
