We loved our child’s first haircut experience! Staff is very personable and made us feel very included throughout the entire process. Our child went through sensory overload mid cut but was handled very gracefully and thoughtfully. Stylist was so patient with our child and made sure we got what we wanted done without making us feel rushed. Can’t say enough good things about this place. Top notch experience all around!

Although the woman who cut Maddie’s hair was very personable and friendly, she cut off way too much length with the first snip of her scissors. I showed her an inspiration photo before the cut began and unfortunately the cut was two-3 inches shorter than what I requested for my daughter. It will take a long time to grow out again.

Molly did such a great job! It probably isn’t easy cutting kids hair. She was sweet and comforting to my son and held conversation with my husband and I. Thanks!

I love the place. It is in a great location. But, it is pricey for a child's hair cut. It truly should be around $12

I have been a customer for a few months now. I extremely enjoyed and love our stylist that we use every single time. We will wait for however long it is or for her. However I couldn’t help but always notice how chaotic the salon is. I do understand it is a small space however there i think it should be more of an organized and timely manner of haircuts. Meaning when I book online it appears the appointments are 15 minutes each. Considering this as a salon for children I would like to think that 15 minutes is not enough. 15 minutes or one client would be sufficient for an adul.lt. Children are very unpredictable and in my opinion 15 minutes is not enough time to be able to cut a child hair while wiggling around and not understanding to stay still and that’s assuming with good behavior. I believe that most the times that I have gone and it is well over a 15 minute wait beyond your appointment time. I think extending appointment times by even five minutes would greatly help everyone. Especially when people have taken the time to schedule an appointment at a specific hours and have to wait quite a bit more simply because they have ran over time on children.

This is my second visit to cookie cutters .My first cisit was exciting my kids loved the atomosphere. This time the the stlyist were in a rush to get off for the day and did take there 5ime to give a quality hair cut. I will not be coming back.
