We had an appointment at 10:30am and had to wait until 11:10 for our son to get his haircut; there were only two stylists working when we arrived, every other time we have come on a Saturday morning there have been at least 4-5 stylists working. The stylist nicked the back of my sons neck with the clippers which made him bleed and she didn't say anything about it, not a sorry or anything.

Have always had s good hair cut on my sons hair until today. Not even and looks very choppy. Not faded correctly at all

My son used to scream and cry so hard during haircuts, he would break little blood vessels in his forehead. Finding LaShawnda at Cookie Cutters has been a life saver for us, and worth every penny! He loves getting to sit in a car while getting his hair cut, watch TV, or push buttons on the noise maker. LaShawnda works fast, is super sweet, and does an amazing job on his hair! Thank you so much!

We had 4 cuts done today and the staff was amazing!! They got us in quickly, they were patient with a crazy mom and the kids all had a BLAST!! They all count down to their birthdays and special days to come see you all! Thank you for working hard to keep up a good environment!

This was my sons first haircut, and I was a little nervous going into it. However, I couldn't have asked for it to go any better than it did. The stylist was so sweet with my son, helped encourage him to look at my husband and I as we were trying to get pictures, and asked questions to make sure she was cutting his hair exactly as we wanted it. My son loved every second of it, and the only time he got upset at all was when it was time to leave. He got a balloon before we left, as well as a flower to give to me since it's Mother's Day tomorrow and I thought that was really special. We will absolutely be back. Thank you for such a sweet and memorable experience!
