Kimber was fantastic! Best experience yet with getting our almost-2-year-old’s hair cut. He is usually really resistant. She was patient and engaging, as were the rest of the staff, who helped distract him with bubbles and smiles. We love Cookie Cutters!

It was a great place to get my small childs haircut. It was his first time, so it was a little traumatic for him, but the stylist showed no signs on annoyance or aggravation. I appreciated how she tried to help calm him down and just talked to him in a calm voice. They were very busy and had several walk ins while we were there and still managed to tell those people they could get them in. Very impressive

The store is really hot and I wish there were things geared toward kids that aren't babies. The service was fantastic though!

THank you for taking the time to review your experience at Cookie Cutters. I apologize if the temperature of the salon was not to your liking. It's a tricky time of year to monitor the thermostat - it's cold in the mornings and warm in the afternoons. Also, we try to be appealing to kids of all ages. Yes, the slide and cars are geared for our younger clients, but that's because they are the ones that tend to need the most attention and distraction. Our older kids seem to be happy sitting in the regular salon chairs and watching Netflix. And all kids enjoy getting a sucker and balloon!:)
