Stylist was amazing and great! Low rating reflects on her in NO WAY. However; I’ve been bringing my son here a few years and have always been greeted and checked in. Today we sat for 10 minutes while the girl at the desk ate a snack and scrolled on social media before bothering to ask his name for the appointment, not even a hello. Was unimpressed :(

We arrived at the appt time i was told and when we got there they said it was for 15 min prior so they couldn’t do the hair shampoo we requested. This is was a rescheduled appt after i had booked well in advance for all 3 of my kids online but the system only had 1 child booked when i got there so we had to come back 2 days later (today) where i found out that we were “late.” During this appt i brought my son in to ask them to fix my son’s hair cuz the cut was not even and looked bad. They fixed it quickly without charging us. They were very friendly and apologetic. Not happy with the scheduling and hair service this go around.

Was rude when talking with my child and didn't blow dry her hair all the way.

Wonderful experience today. Haircut looks chic, our stylist was friendly and fast and knew how to work with a child with autism. This mama is incredibly grateful.

I was extremely disappointed with my son’s hair cut. We showed a picture of a “modern mullet” and the stylist did not pay attention to the picture. She cut the back of his hair off which we spent months growing out for this specific cut. We were offered a $5 discount for her messing up. I honestly should have refused to pay all together. Now we are back to square one having to grow his hair out all over again. More than likely we won’t be back.
