We've brought our son here for haircuts since he was a baby. Always a great experience. Took our daughter to get her ears pierced here and it was a great experience again. Always appreciate the kindness, promptness, and experience of the staff. We'll be back I'm sure.

Came in with about 5 inches of hair and asked her to keep it fairly long on the top, so we could still comb it over and the sides a 1-2. She pretty much gave my son a buzz cut and didn’t say anything about it. I mentioned several times to the receptionist and manager that she cut off way more than we had talked about. I’m pretty upset about the experience we had yesterday and we have been coming to cookie cutters for 5+ years! I’m also surprised no one said, “sorry”. Maybe I should have made a big scene!

It’s too expensive!! How dare you raise the price so high I will no longer be coming here! It’s a kids cut for $21!??! And then you ask for tips?! No I sometimes can’t even bring my kids in for a hair cut because it’s so expensive
