I took my daughter in to get her hair trimmed. She asked for a half inch off only and ended up with about 4 inches off. Plus her haircut was so uneven. The lady tried to fix it but as you can see in the picture which is the end result, it looks terrible and so uneven everywhere. We were both ready to cry as my daughter had been growing her hair out for awhile. Now I have to spend more money to go to another place to get it fixed and it will end up being super short to even get it fixed.

My first daughter didn't get the haircut asked for. Her hair was several inches longer than her shoulder and I wanted to keep it that way, at least partially. I showed the hairdresser a picture of an a-line haircut on a little girl with several angles and she confirmed it was an a-line. And then proceeded to tell her I wanted the shortest layer to be shoulder length and the longest layer to stay as long as possible. She also confirmed this and then proceeded to cut her entire hair to shoulder length. Needless to say I'm very disappointed especially since we have had multiple haircuts at this place I do not feel like it was worth my money for getting something we didn't ask for and now we will have to spend another year growing it back. Thanks.

Hair stylist didnt finish his haircut. Once we took him home we realized the back wasnt finished or his side burns. He had long hairs that still needed to be trimmed and she had cut his ear and cut him on his kneck. Wish they had some sort of cleaner to use to disinfect the cuts from the razor. The stylist seemed inexperienced with children and not confident thatnshe could do the basic cut I had shown in the pictures.

We had a great experience here! My 2 year old son has hated haircuts every time previously—to the point of bawling and hyperventilating... he was distracted and comfortable enough at Cookie Cutters that he only flinched a bit while his neck was getting trimmed! Our stylist was very friendly, fast, professional, understanding, and gave us cradle cap advice. I will highly recommend this place to my friends and family!!

Lashawnda is an amazing hair cutter snd has helped my son be comfortable in the chair and this time not one tear!! I will be coming back for his hair cuts, until he can decide on his own - ha! Thank you!!
