I made appointments for my 3 kids at 4,4, and 415 and when we showed up they said our appointments were for 345 and 530. I had the confirmation emails to show them the time I booked but their books looked completely different. Thankfully they were able to fit us in, but it was just weird to have my appointment times be completely changed around to times I wouldn’t pick and not be informed. Don’t think it was the ladies working there’s fault but if the app messes up my appointment times again I don’t think I will come back.

Hi, I am not one to take it this far and complaining about services but paying $40 for my boys to get a botched hair cut I have to. I didn’t go to school for hair and I’ve cut my kids hair countless times before and I still can cut evenly and blend and clean up the neck line in a straight line. My youngest hair, and mind you he is 4 and he sits still doesn’t talk he loves getting his haircut in fact he wants to go everyday, he has a calic (can’t spell) on the top of his head and they usually cut it down and blend it so it doesn’t stick straight up and it’s bad it’s like it didn’t get cut. The front is a mess as well. I can send pics tomorrow if need be. I don’t know I just want it fixed honestly but I also don’t want to pay another $20 on top of the $40 we paid last week. Otherwise everyone has always done a great job! Hate to be a burden of bad news but I just had to mention it, was told to mention it by friends and family who come here as well. Easy online booking same day. I was greeted immediately. Staff was very friendly and professional. Jessie did a great job interacting with my daughter and giving her a simple cut followed by a cute braid and glitter. My daughter loved it! Also another stylist entertained my son so I could focus on my daughter. I would highly recommend Cookie Cutters!!

Our stylist did an amazing job! Our 2 year old son has never been to a salon before and did not like getting his hair cut. He was not the easiest to cut hair on and our stylist made it look good! Looks like he sat there in the chair like a big boy for a haircut... you would never know he was difficult. She did an amazing job! Would definitely recommend!!
