Zathen recently decided he doesn't like haircuts. We took him to another facility that chopped his hair aga edged up not even finishing the cut. Cookie cutters was so nice, they fixed his hair and it looks so good. He was not the easiest customer and wanted nothing to do with this. The staff was patient/kind and FAST

The hairstyles who cut my son's hair did an amazing job despite him screaming the whole time. Even with him wiggling the whole time his cut was straight and the best cut he has had. We will definitely return for future cuts.

The store is really hot and I wish there were things geared toward kids that aren't babies. The service was fantastic though!

THank you for taking the time to review your experience at Cookie Cutters. I apologize if the temperature of the salon was not to your liking. It's a tricky time of year to monitor the thermostat - it's cold in the mornings and warm in the afternoons. Also, we try to be appealing to kids of all ages. Yes, the slide and cars are geared for our younger clients, but that's because they are the ones that tend to need the most attention and distraction. Our older kids seem to be happy sitting in the regular salon chairs and watching Netflix. And all kids enjoy getting a sucker and balloon!:)

I made an appointment and still had to wait 20 mins before my child was seen. It’s frustrating when I have 2 children to entertain. Not sure why an appointment was necessary when it wasn’t kept

Thank you for your comments. We take appointments to help the flow of customers and to minimize wait times. We actually are pretty good at staying on time and keeping our appointments, however, if we have a struggling child, or a previous appointment that shows up 5-10 minutes late, it can put us behind. I'm sorry that you had to wait and hope you'll understand that we work on "child standard time" and do our best to give every client the best experience possible.

I would suggest fixing your online booking, changing your window to say “appointment needed” since you are always too busy to take walk ins, and eitherbetter staff or better arrange appointments so you don’t have 1 stylist and 2 kids scheduled at the same time.

Thank you for your comments. We had a stylist call in sick today which caused some double booking. I did my best this morning to move as many appointments to different times as possible to keep people from having to wait. We have fantastic stylists who do the best they can do but when another stylist calls in sick it can put the ones working behind. If you know any stylists looking for a job, please send them our way. We know that we need to hire more people and we are doing everything we can to do so.
