The girls who cut hair do an amazing job and are very friendly. The front desk staff is something to be desired, though. We always make appointments and end up having to wait 20-30 minutes after our booked time before we are able to get our child's hair cut. Ii understand that it is tough to keep kids on track and on time, but this happens every time we are there.

We love Cookie Cutters. Somehow, during our visit, his ear got knocked. It caused a bgh burst blood vessel. We know accidents happen, but wanted to bring it to your attention in hopes of preventing that from happening again.

We booked the haircut with Lashawnda but when we arrived it was a different person that gave my son the haircut. It’s too short for my liking especially since I asked to leave it longer on top. Not super thrilled with the results this time. We’ve always had a good haircut from lashawnda but it seems that every other stylist either cuts our boys hair too short or crooked. We booked a future haircut with Lashawnda but if they change stylists on us last minute again, we won’t get it cut there again.

I have been a customer for a few months now. I extremely enjoyed and love our stylist that we use every single time. We will wait for however long it is or for her. However I couldn’t help but always notice how chaotic the salon is. I do understand it is a small space however there i think it should be more of an organized and timely manner of haircuts. Meaning when I book online it appears the appointments are 15 minutes each. Considering this as a salon for children I would like to think that 15 minutes is not enough. 15 minutes or one client would be sufficient for an adul.lt. Children are very unpredictable and in my opinion 15 minutes is not enough time to be able to cut a child hair while wiggling around and not understanding to stay still and that’s assuming with good behavior. I believe that most the times that I have gone and it is well over a 15 minute wait beyond your appointment time. I think extending appointment times by even five minutes would greatly help everyone. Especially when people have taken the time to schedule an appointment at a specific hours and have to wait quite a bit more simply because they have ran over time on children.

Up until now, we have not had a receptionist working during the week. We have been very busy the last few weeks and now see the need to have someone there to help the stylists answer the phones, greet customers, and check customers out. This extra help will allow the stylists to stay on time and keep everything moving much more efficiently. We hope to alleviate their stress and allow a positive experience for everyone involved.
