Long time customer but was really impressed with the cut and treatment this visit. I had botched my on-line reservation but Aarika was fabulous. Worked me in AND gave Maverick the best haircut we have ever received.

Keely was great. She was quick. Knew what she was doing. No hesitation on how to cut my two boys’ hair. Will definitely ask for her again.

The salon is very fun for kids and made my kids feel feel comfortable. It’s a very busy salon and up until checkout we felt pretty good about the experience; however, when ready to leave it seemed as though the incoming clients were be acknowledged and we seemed to be pushed aside. After leaving a tip and finishing the transaction, I didn’t receive a thank you or even any eye contact or goodbye. I left good tips for both of the hairstylists. I’m hoping it was just a fluke. We will give the salon a second chance. The kids’ loved their Elsa braids and the haircuts were great.

Would give higher rating if your employees weren’t required to wear masks. The mandate is over, ditch them; they’re pointless and we hate seeing them. A smile is WAY more welcoming!! Do better corporate!

We had an appointment at 230 with a particular hairdresser. When we arrived we were told our appointment wasn't until 245 and it was with someone else. I was never told of this change and find it unprofessional. Otherwise the haircut turned out great!

I love the atmosphere of cookie cutters it is very fun an super entertaining for my son! Everyone was super nice I am glad I brought my son here for his first haircut... but I was not super impressed with the actual stylist we had it don't think that she is probably cut out for working at a kids cut place she was nice enough but seemed very nervous. Overall I really like cookie cutters and will definitely bring my son back :)
