We've been coming here for almost 3 years seeing Sydney and it was amazing. As soo. As she left so did the friendliness and quality. We scheduled a 215 appt and didn't get my son in the chair until 237. The stylist was gangster tatted (knuckles/face included) and had a personality that matched the exterior. She didn't talk to my son at all just sternly told him to be still and didn't say a word to us the entire time. 0/5 stars. We just needed to use the last cut on our prepaid card and we will never be back again. We followed Syndey where she went and are glad to not be coming back here.

We usually have a good experience but the gal that cut my son's hair this time was intimidating to him and I feel she was kinda of rough with him. It was the first time my son did not want to get in the spiderman car. The lady did that smile barely spoke to him and just really seemed like she hated her life being there. This is not a typical experience that we've had there but afterwards my son said he did not like going there.

I said the cut looked uneven at the and And she told me it was because of his widows peak. So nothing else was done to the front of his hair after this picture other than it was swept over into a side part.

I’ve been taking my kids to Cookie Cutters for years, but I’m really disappointed with the haircut my toddler got this week. I noticed stripes forming during the cut and pointed it out, but was told it was either the fade or just his natural hair color. The final result looks like uneven bands around his head—definitely not his hair color. I’ve never left a bad review before, but this one just doesn’t look right.

I take my both kids to "Cookie Cutters" and we always were pleased and happy with the service. Not so much today.

The reason I'm leaving a bad review is because I had a bad haircut last time, which was 3 months ago because he was butchered and it took this long to grow out enough to trim it. I had already purchased the 5 pack do have those to finish out, so purposely booked a different girl to try again, and when I got there they gave me the same girl I had 3 months ago who definitely doesn't know how to cut hair. I know because my mom used to barber. So today she did better but still very uneven and I'm not satisfied with the cut at all. I asked the front desk why I wasn't getting the girl I booked and they said she didn't make it to work today. So instead of calling me to ask if that was ok, they gave me the same horrible stylist. Not happy that they would do this, and what are chances the same horrible stylist would be who I got. Unless I get someone who knows how to cut hair,I won't be back once my cats are out.
