Leslie cut my sons hair and I noticed she went way too high and didn’t do close to what I wanted and left his hair line very crooked and choppy was no satisfied. Usually go to another gal but her schedule was busy

Made an appointment in advance but was left waiting for over 15 mins with no update or acknowledgement. By the time they were ready for him we had run out of time. Of course my son was pretty disappointed since we had come all the way there. He started to cry. No apologies or acknowledgement from staff. Been going to cookie cutters for years now but this last experience is really making me reconsider continuing.

This location felt unclean. All of the cars, which seemed to only make it more difficult for my kid to sit still, looked dirty and worn out. The stylist talked to my almost 3 year old like she was half her age. She didn’t introduce herself to me or my daughter. She immediately turned the TV on without asking me if it was OK. My kid watches TV, but she doesn’t need to be distracted by it in order to behave. Taking my child for a hair cut at a salon is a good opportunity to teach her how to behave in the outside world. I wanted her to interact with the stylist. I wanted her to practice following directions and using her manners, but that sadly didn’t happen because this salon would rather use lazy tactics to deal with kids. The stylist’s one technique for getting my child to follow direction was to say “sit still,” and “don’t move,” over and over again. She took out her shears and cut my daughter’s hair straight across the bottom and was done in 5 minutes. The cut is uneven and choppy. I could have done the same job at home. This cut was not worth the over $20 (cut plus 15% tip) I paid. I will not be recommending this salon and I will make sure to tell every one I know to avoid it.

Had a 5:15 appt. There was about a 20 min wait still and my daughter finally got seated. Asked for a simple cut. Take about 4-5 inches off to the chin, a little bit of layers. This took the stylist an hour to complete. Towards the end I kept letting her know it was uneven she kept going in to "correct it" which made my daughter's hair shorter than we wanted. At one point she even took a ELECTRIC RAZOR to the back of her head to try to even it out and she left MARKS on my daughter's neck. I rarely if ever leave bad reviews but after I saw the abrasions on my daughter's neck that was the last straw. She was very inexperienced and the whole experience overall was not pleasant. No, we won't be back.

Pretty disappointed from start to finish. Won't be returning, especially when I can take my child to a reputable salon for the same price.

The girl cutting my sons hair was very under the influence of something. She was talking to herself, chapping her lips, and couldn’t even look me in the eyes. Overall I was very uncomfortable and should have left but thought maybe she’s was just born that way? But after getting more into the cut I definitely could sense she was under the influence of something. She has purple hair.
