My son got a bad haircut from here that will take awhile to get back to normal. The atmosphere is inviting and nice. Just disappointing and seems like there is a new stylist every time I go.

Hello! If you can provide the name of your child or the name of the stylist then we can address the issue. You are welcome to call the salon and make an appointment to bring your child back in to fix the haircut. If it's too short, I'm sorry. We try to error on the side of too long, but it sounds like in this case, we did not do that. As far as new stylists, yes we have hired a few new people to keep up with the demand in our store. We still have 4 that have been with us since we opened a year ago. You are always welcome to request a stylist when you make your appointment. Thanks for your feedback!

My kids always love coming here, watching a show and having the fun environment always helps with haircuts for my kids who don’t particularly love them. The stylist was very nice and friendly. She didn’t however prepare my child for when she was going to start using the clippers or spray them with water, that always seems to help when they do. She seemed like she was more concerned with zooming through and accomplishing a quick haircut over actually cutting his hair evenly. Overall I can’t complain because my kid had a positive experience but I didn’t leave particularly liking how his haircut turned out.

The scheduling app is sub par and needs work. Options to choose by day, time, or first available would be great. Having to click on every stylist to see what they have available is inconvenient at best. 1 on advice as none was offered.

Stylist was amazing and great! Low rating reflects on her in NO WAY. However; I’ve been bringing my son here a few years and have always been greeted and checked in. Today we sat for 10 minutes while the girl at the desk ate a snack and scrolled on social media before bothering to ask his name for the appointment, not even a hello. Was unimpressed :(

I love taking my son and he loves this salon but it’s always a different experience he either goes with someone who does it right and takes the time and I love it or someone Is in a hurry a messes it up.

I was a little disappointed this time as I specifically requested same stylist as before but she was cutting someone else's hair when we arrived so we had different stylist
