Tammie was amazing with my son. He has never gotten a haircut with a fight. He made him feel so comfortable. They laughed, sang and made jokes.

My sons stylist Sharlah was WONDERFUL. She was not only very understanding with him wanting to explore when we first got there but very patient, respectful, fun and outgoing during the entire experience! Her work ethic was strong and it showed with the haircut. I really liked the small slide inside the facility and truly enjoyed the entire experience. I won’t be taking my son anywhere else

The staff was great. They were running a bit behind due to walk-in customers who claimed they had booked online, but they apologized for the wait. The staff was very nice and tried to calm done some of the difficult kids in front of us. Our cut was fairly quick and great! The choice of seats were great and helped keep him distracted for the visit. The mini-play ground was also nice to keep him busy while we waited.

The haircut was fine. But the woman who cut my 2-year-olds hair wasn’t friendly and didn’t deal with children well. I will use a different Cookie Cutters location in the future.

My husband took my two year old in for a haircut and this was the first time at this location. The haircut is extremely uneven, super long spots, and super short spots. My child and husband were covered in hair and the stylist did not offer the blow dryer or use the blow dryer to get any of the hair off. My son did not receive a balloon like every other child in the place. It was completely rushed. While the stylist Margaret was very friendly but the haircut was extremely uneven and I had to fix it at home. I understand he’s 2 and maybe cried and wigged a bit but she did not even check it or attempt to make it even.
