My son's hair was still in his eyes and sticking over his ears. The back was cut at all different lengths. After the rudeness of one of the stylist I couldn't comfortably ask them to fix it. The receptionist was fantastic, but I won't be returning to this particular cookie cutters.

The store was very dirty and there were managers and employees available to be cleaning based on what I saw. Mary Ann did not appear to be up on recent trends and seemed to be limited in her talent as well as her professionalism. The turn over for employees is alarming and probably signals an issue within the store, as all the talented stylists have left. My stylist was changed without my notice as well, it was not who I made the original appointment with.
