We have three appointments for our children all at the same time. We arrived promptly and checked in behind another family who was taken before us. I only could presume they were asked to come back for their earlier appointment or same time as us. They were able to take one of my children right away, and I figured the other two would follow. They proceeded to take two other people who arrived after us and once my son was finished, I figured the same stylist would help my other two children. To my surprise, yet another person was taken in front of my other two children. At this point it was nearly 30 minutes past our appointment time and all the stylists had just taken new clients. We were not able to stay and most likely won’t come back. The stylist was great.

We had made an appointment with Kelsey M. since we’ve had great experiences with her, both in haircut quality and social interaction with our two year old. However, when we came in for our appointment, she was not there and we were not notified that she’d be absent at all. Since it’s a bit of a drive for us to make it to the salon, we just let the stylist who was there give him a cut. While nice enough, the stylist was a bit rough with our son and did not give us the haircut we asked for, even though my husband attempted to correct it/her halfway through. (Ex., we asked for short if sides, longer on top but it’s all one length.. asked for NOT straight across bangs, but that’s exactly what he has). Next time we will have to just call in ahead day-of, to make sure that the stylist we made an appointment with is there for our appointment.

Scheduling cuts every 15 mins is not reasonable. Each time I visit a Cookie Cutters, I have to wait at least 15 mins after my scheduled appointment time. This location was no exception. Furthermore, the line building behind me was stressful to the stylist (as it would be for anyone) and it affected the way she spoke to us.

We made appointment but still had to wait like first comes first serves . Waited 10 mins for a 2 mins haircut. I feel like not worth the money and time .

I’m truly upset about my sons haircut. My husband took our son for the first time, I’m usually the one to go with him. I gave specific instructions on how I want my son’s hair to be cut. I wanted a fade blending into the top on his side. I felt like it was completely ignored. My husband was upset and does not like confrontation so didn’t say anything. My son looks like he has a bald spot, and it is not a clean cut like I asked for. The back and front is cut uneven, I’m very upset, because I thought I can trust the process without me being there.
