Scheduling cuts every 15 mins is not reasonable. Each time I visit a Cookie Cutters, I have to wait at least 15 mins after my scheduled appointment time. This location was no exception. Furthermore, the line building behind me was stressful to the stylist (as it would be for anyone) and it affected the way she spoke to us.

The store was filthy! The front door mat had not been cleaned in what looked like a couple days. The playscape was full of hair and dirt- I wouldn’t let my child near it. Instead of using blow dryers to clean hair they should use a vacuum to clean the chairs after each use. Having my kid sit in a chair full of hair bits from someone else was pretty gross. I like taking my kid there for the cut because we appreciate the patience of the employees, however I considered looking for somewhere else to go because I couldn’t believe how dirty it was. And we had an earlier appointment so this was all from the day..days prior that hadn’t been cleaned.

We made appointment but still had to wait like first comes first serves . Waited 10 mins for a 2 mins haircut. I feel like not worth the money and time .

I’m truly upset about my sons haircut. My husband took our son for the first time, I’m usually the one to go with him. I gave specific instructions on how I want my son’s hair to be cut. I wanted a fade blending into the top on his side. I felt like it was completely ignored. My husband was upset and does not like confrontation so didn’t say anything. My son looks like he has a bald spot, and it is not a clean cut like I asked for. The back and front is cut uneven, I’m very upset, because I thought I can trust the process without me being there.

The haircut was fine. But the woman who cut my 2-year-olds hair wasn’t friendly and didn’t deal with children well. I will use a different Cookie Cutters location in the future.

The overall store setup and layout is good. The biggest issue we had was getting a quality haircut for the price. Although the prices are a bit on the high side, I wouldnt mind paying it if it was a good quality haircut. 4/5 cuts we've gotten there needed to be refinished at home. So we are likely not going to return to that location anytime soon.
