The service we received was awful. The person providing the service was rude and insensitive (our son is afraid of cutting his hair and was crying). Trish has no touch and in my opinion she doesn’t have what it takes to work with kids (especially small kids). We will never go back for a service with her.

I brought my daughter for a haircut, and her hair looks good. However, the woman cutting her hair had an awful attitude. My daughter is a wiggly 5-year-old. I would expect anyone working at a hair salon for kids to be comfortable with wiggly children. Trish is not ok with that, and made comments the entire time about my daughter not sitting still. My daughter is energetic, but her bottom never left the seat. She was making small movements here and there, and had trouble not tilting her head. A few kind words, or even just speaking in a friendly voice, would have helped a lot. There are likely employees here that enjoy working with children, but I’m not sure how to figure out who they are, without trying them all. We will not be returning to this salon or recommending this salon to any of our friends.

Stylist was nice enough but she completely butchered my toddler’s hair… the more I look at it the worse and worse it is. I asked her to leave his flow and give him a trim… she took 3 inches off his bangs and the back is completely botched. It’s uneven and choppy. I know it’s just hair but I’m devastated.. it looks TERRIBLE. We will never come back. Salon also seemed very dirty and dingy.

High price for a child’s haircut We arrived on time but had to wait 20 minutes past our apt time. Hard to do with two kids The staff was okay with my son who cried. Not worth the money we paid for a clipper cut which was best for him being so upset. Should not have had To pay full price for something I could have done at home. The overall experience was okay.

My child is 2 and does not do well with haircuts. I felt like the hairdresser was not sympathetic to that and was very slow, making the situation even worse. She also smelled very strongly of cigarettes. I will not be bringing my child back.
