Trish was not a sensory friendly hair stylist. She kept blaming him for shrugging his shoulders and was not very kid friendly and did not speak kindly to my son. We normally see Alicia at the Canton location who is always kind and understanding when he has a hard time. We have come to Cookie Cuttes for years and have never experienced rudeness like this. This was a disappointing visit.to work with kiddos you should like kids and talk to them kindly.

Need better service, hairstylist had no patience to cut the hair and she was in a rush to get it done. It was waste of time and money for us today.

This was my first visit to Cookie Cutters with my son. I wanted to do something fun with him after being in the hospital last week. He loves race cars so I thought this would be perfect for him. The experience was good- he enjoyed it and the stylist was friendly. The cut was a little but more than I wanted to pay for a 3 year old but I was paying for the race cars I guess. After left I realized his hair was BUTCHERED. When it was being cut she went a little too short on top but I figured “it will grow out” I can deal with “too short” plus it was already cut so not much we can do to put it back on. After we left I noticed how BAD it was cut. So bad that I could not let my son walk around looking like that and took him elsewhere to get it fixed. It was not blended on the sides, it was not trimmed around his ears, and was not cleaned up on his neck. It was more of a Mohawk than a “faux hawk” that I asked for. So he now has a $40 haircut and will not be returning to this location. I didn’t want to make a scene at the time and say I wasn’t paying for it and I really don’t want to go online and post the pictures of my sons hair bashing this business. I think a refund of what I paid is more than fair.

My husband took my two year old in for a haircut and this was the first time at this location. The haircut is extremely uneven, super long spots, and super short spots. My child and husband were covered in hair and the stylist did not offer the blow dryer or use the blow dryer to get any of the hair off. My son did not receive a balloon like every other child in the place. It was completely rushed. While the stylist Margaret was very friendly but the haircut was extremely uneven and I had to fix it at home. I understand he’s 2 and maybe cried and wigged a bit but she did not even check it or attempt to make it even.

My son's hair was still in his eyes and sticking over his ears. The back was cut at all different lengths. After the rudeness of one of the stylist I couldn't comfortably ask them to fix it. The receptionist was fantastic, but I won't be returning to this particular cookie cutters.

We made a 10:45 an appointment. We arrived at 10:35 am. Freddy was not in a chair until 11:20am.
