Apparently the lady who cut Jackson's hair told him that "I don't even know how you want your hair cut." To appreciate this, you need to know that Jackson is 4 years old and I was about five steps away so she could have asked me for clarification. Before the haircut, I did describe to her what I wanted, "just a trim, similar style to how he's wearing it now. Not too short, it's been about three weeks since his last cut." The cut was bad - it looks like a bowl cut in front and she white walled his ears. We like cookie cutters, but we'll have to make sure we get a different hair cutter next time.
