Avangela is wonderful. She is patient and a skilled stylist. My only thing is that a regular haircut cost $19. That's a lot for a 4 year old to pay.

The environment at cookie cutters made for a stress free and FUN first haircut for my 11 month old son. We even had to sit and wait a little afterwards for the picture/certificate for the 1st haircut package, but because they let him stay sitting in the car he was so entertained and patient. We will be back.

Everything went fine, but the appointments we made online did not work somehow. We got a confirmation email, but when we got there, you had no record of our appointments booked.

My son was crying at the time he was getting his haircut but would stay still when needed. His haircut was not what we expected. Its uneven in parts and things my wife specifically asked for where not done. We'd like for and need this to be corrected

This is the 3rd time I have brought in my daughters, age 2 and 3. Their first haircut and subsequent trim were great! This most recent trim, however, was mediocre. I had to even things up myself later that evening. I won't be booking an appointment with Crystal again. I will choose Toni or Trish.

Hairstylist did not take the time to introduce herself and ask if this was the one year old's first haircut or if he had been in before and to ask about the previous experience and if there were any concerns. She was brusque and just started the hair trimmers and started on the baby's neck and scared the baby -1 year. It was his second haircut and the first haircut was all done with scissors. I did not know she was going to use the hair clippers. Baby cried the entire time and was scared to death. It was a really bad experience for him and us and it scared all the other children and you could see the concern on the waiting parents. We had to finish because she had already taken off a chunk of hair. She insisted on trimming edges and I told her no - it was quite enough. It made me now want to return. If I do, I will certain ask for another hairstylist and I will make them go slow. She should have showed the clippers to the baby and made him comfortable with the buzzing. I don't believe she was very experienced with children. Just a shame. You pay high prices for a baby haircut for a good experience. The manager/owner saw this and never came over to inquire what was wrong. Really disappointing.
