Every staff member we met at Cookie Cutters was friendly and welcoming. Ansley was my son's stylist, and she made his entire first hair cut experience terrific! She warmed him up to the experience by singing songs with him and letting him "drive" his car/salon chair. She talked to him about every step in the process prior to completing it. And she provided me with lots of helpful tips on styling his hair at home! Ansley gave us the "first haircut experience" package, which came with a certificate, a picture, and some hair clippings from my son's cut. The environment at Cookie Cutters was very kid-friendly; there were fun salon chairs for the kids to sit in, colorful pictures on the walls, TVs at each station with interactive shows playing on them, and the choice of a sucker/prize for your child at the check out counter. We will definitely be going back to Cookie Cutters for my son's next cut!
